·      To meet our duty of care to you in designing safe and effective sessions and providing advice that is tailored to you

We receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:      

·      Financial information to process payments and maintain our business accounts

·       With your consent, other health professionals where we refer you to them for advice outside of our scope of practice

·       Our business accountant (financial information for business accounting only)

We process Special Category Data (health information) on the basis of legal claims and judicial acts, which means that the purpose is to establish that we are fulfilling our duty of care to you as the client.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored:

financial information for business accounting, on Microsoft Office 365 and Coachspace.ai.

·       In the case of personal identifiers and contact details for bookings, on Calendly and Coachspace.ai.

·       In the case of financial information, by our bank Monzo Ltd and on Coachspace.ai.

·       In the case of cookies and analytical data, on our website and social media accounts.

We keep personal identifiers, contact details and characteristics to provide you with information on services and our newsletter (including a record of unsubscription), unless you ask us not to by contacting [email protected].

For insurance purposes, we keep lifestyle, health and fitness information for 7 years after your last session with us and then
dispose of it.

We keep cookies and analytical information from our website and social media accounts for 3 years and then dispose of it.

We keep financial information for business accounting for 7 years and then dispose of it.
