What is health and energy coaching, and how does it work?

Health and energy coaching is a dynamic and collaborative process focused on helping you identify and achieve your health goals. It involves a series of one-on-one online sessions with me, a trained health coach, who provides you with support, encouragement and accountability to reach your goals. I use a variety of techniques and tools to help clients gain clarity, set clear goals and develop strategies to overcome challenges. The coaching process is highly personalised, tailored to your unique needs and aspirations, and it empowers you to make positive changes in your life, perhaps not always the ones you expected!

How long does a typical health coaching engagement last?

The length of a coaching relationship can vary based on your goals and needs. I currently offer 4 or 6 week health coaching programmes to give sufficient time to support my clients to change their habits and start to embed them. Some clients find value in these few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others wish to continue in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial health transformations. Typically, coaching relationships last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with me so we can work out the best timeline for your coaching journey together.

What personal training or yoga sessions do you offer?

I offer online personal training or yoga sessions in blocks of 5 sessions. This helps my clients to see improvements, build consistent habits and feel the benefits of the programme. I offer pay-as-you-go sessions when a client has already completed a block of sessions with me.

What makes you different from other coaching services?

My coaching sessions are truly personalised and bespoke to you, prioritising your unique needs and goals. I create a supportive, empathetic and joyful environment to support your growth and transformation. It won't all be serious! We'll laugh, smile, joke and above all have fun in our sessions, because life is meant to be enjoyed. My own experience with stress and chronic illness also means I'm in a great position to support others with chronic conditions or symptoms like fatigue, pain or IBS. I really understand what it's like to lose your health and how amazing it is when you regain it.
