When are the sessions?

The group sessions will take place on Thursday evenings in January from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

What topics will we cover?

The sessions will be guided by the group’s needs, but you can expect discussion on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep and feeling connected.

Do I have to join the WhatsApp group?

No, joining the WhatsApp group is optional. However, it’s a great space for support, accountability and encouragement, plus a place to ask questions and stay engaged between sessions.

What will each session look like?

Each session typically includes a group discussion on a relevant topic, followed by self-reflection and an opportunity to set actionable steps to move forward in the week.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, also known as “sleep yoga” or “yogic sleep”, is a deeply relaxing practice that induces a state of conscious relaxation, similar to meditation. It’s an excellent tool for stress relief and can improve sleep quality.

What happens if I can’t make a session?

Sessions are not recorded to ensure a safe, open environment for discussion. If you miss a session, I’ll provide you with the session content separately so you can catch up at your convenience.

How can I use the bonus personal sessions?

You’ll have two 50-minute personal sessions that you can use as you choose:

Health Coaching: Dive deeper into your health goals, discuss concerns and explore your path forward. Personal Training: Get a tailored exercise session designed for you, with guidance and support throughout.

What is the cost?

The cost of the 4-week January RESET programme is £240 in total, including 2x BONUS personal sessions worth over £90.
